A male masseur who claimed that Kevin Spacey forced him to touch his genitals twice during a massage has died, according to the OXO World.
The masseur preferred anonymity and is only referred to as John Doe in court papers. According to the man, the massage session took place three years ago in a Malibu home. The "Card House" superstar has behaved in a disrespectful way and has forced the masseur to twice touch his genitals. He then decided to sue the actor.
The plaintiff's heirs have 90 days from the time of his death to inform the court that they will seek legal redress instead of the victim. If this is not done, the court may dismiss the case.
Kevin Spacey's widespread sex scandal began two years ago when actor Anthony Rapp claimed that Spacey had climbed into bed when he was 14 and Spacey 26. Spacey claimed he didn't remember what happened, but apologized if Rapp's claim should to be true. The scandal escalated into an avalanche as the superstar's accusers continued to grow, and Spacey was blown away by the Card House.
